Terms and conditions for 4x Per Month - Parisi

4x Per Month Parisi Membership

This is a commitment to make 3 consecutive monthly payments.

• I understand that after my 3 consecutive payments, I can cancel as long as I give a 30-day cancellation notice. If my notice is within 30 days of my next payment, I understand I will be charged one more payment.

• Member understands that signing up for each Speed School class is mandatory.

• Champions will release me from this contract if 1) The member moves 30+ miles from the facility, or 2) Proof is provided that the member is medically unable to participate.

• I understand that I can adjust the membership to 8x per month or unlimited at any time after my first payment.

• I understand that if I cancel my membership and wish to return I will have a $50 startup fee.
