Terms and conditions for Champions 360 - Bronze Membership

Champions 360 - Bronze Membership: $99 per month

This is a commitment to make 6 consecutive monthly payments.

• I understand that after my 6 consecutive payments, I can cancel as long as I give a 30-day cancellation notice. If my notice is within 30 days of my next payment, I understand I will be charged one more payment.

• This membership is open-ended, and my payments will continue after 6 months until I cancel. It is my responsibility to cancel my membership if I so choose after the initial 6-month contract.

• Champions will release me from this contract if: 1) I move 30+ miles from the facility. 2) I provide proof that I am medically unable to perform the Champions 360 workouts.
