In this camp, participants will learn the History, Mission, and Training Techniques of the Parisi Speed School System. Participants will learn proper techniques in the following areas: Acceleration, Agility, Lateral Movement, Top Speed, Center of Gravity Management, and Strength. Motivational messages and stories will be delivered daily, and campers will be provided a journal to document all that they are being taught each day. GIANTS/CHAMPIONS IN-SEASON PARISI TRAINING PROGRAM

It's Football Season and Faster, Stronger, More Confident Players are needed! Nobody can deliver these results like Champions Sports Performance. We are proud to be going into our 9th year of partnership with the LKN Giants and bring you an in-season training plan that will elevate the level of play throughout the program. This program is for all age groups, and will deliver the principles of
The Parisi Speed School System, the Top Youth Athletic Training System in the Country.

Athletes will be taught the principles of acceleration, change of direction, explosiveness, mental toughness, and much more. The sessions are meant to fill out the late August and September schedule when practices become limited. With this plan, LKN Giants players will get faster and stronger during the season!

Sessions will run 6:30 to 7:30 Monday and Tuesday nights beginning Monday August 24th and running through September 29th. There are 12 sessions total at a cost of $150.

*Champions runs Parisi Speed School classes 6 days a week in all age groups, so make-up sessions are always available if a session if needed.

These young athletes will learn the Parisi system, which includes proper running biomechanics, total body strength and core work, and development of proper athletic posture. Kids will be mentored on the importance of nutrition, sleep, exercise, strength/speed training, and overall health & wellness for the mind and body. Champions Soccer Academy teaches our athletes proper technique when passing dribbling, and striking the ball. Our focus is on improving fundamentals while training in a fun and positive environment!

The Cox Mill Softball Team spent their off-season training at Champions Sports Performance. These girls are determined, hard-working, passionate, and dedicated. We are excited to help them raise money for their amazing program built by Coach Danielle Gaimari. Half of the proceeds will be donated back to their booster club!

The Camp will consist of speed and softball-specific skills including

• Foundation of speed, multi-direction movement, and agility
• Batting skills like stance improvement hit and runs, pull hitting, bunting, and hitting for power
• Pitching skills that include pitching motions, release points, and communication between pitcher and catcher
• Fielding skills for catching pop-flies and groundballs, performing relay throws, and turning double plays
• Base-running skills that include stealing, pickles, and tagging up

Scholarship Details: The Lake Norman Little League Higher Education Scholarship was established in 2021 by the league's Board of Directors to reward former/current Lake Norman Little League baseball and/or softball players, who embody the ideals and values of Lake Norman Little League, with financial assistance for higher education or fees associated with the first year of trade school instruction. In order to be eligible to receive this scholarship, the applicant must be a senior in high school and meet the other eligibility criteria set forth below. There is no relationship between the award of this scholarship and athletic ability. While seasons of play in Lake Norman Little League is one criterion used to determine scholarship recipients, other factors, including but not limited to an applicant’s service to Lake Norman Little League (including, for example, as an umpire, helper, or other efforts in support of the league), community involvement, volunteer hours and academic achievement will be considered when awarding these scholarships.

Our Parisi 5-Star Combine Program includes 16 total in-person training sessions over a 8 week period (T/TH from 8:00-9:30 pm), online strength training, and access to tips and tricks that have trained over 135 NFL Draft Picks, of which 20 athletes ran in the 4.30 or better.

Continuing the Mission provides fully trained assistance dogs at no cost to the Veteran and our training program is both unique and purposeful. The dogs that successfully complete the CTM training program, and graduate, are of extremely high caliber, having been a part of a family and lived in a household. The Puppy Raiser portion of our training program helps ensure a smooth transition when the dog is paired with our selected Veteran. The partnership between CTM and our Veterans does not stop after pairing. As partners with a purpose, we are partners for life. CTM will be there for ongoing training support and as a resource whenever needed, to ensure ongoing benefit for our Veterans.
