The Basketball Prep Clinic is for athletes who aspire to play college basketball. It is designed to help athletes learn what it takes to play at the college level on and off the court.
Who Should Register?
You must be at least 15 y/o to register.
Who are the Coaches?
Sierra Simpson will be leading the clinic. Guest coaches and college athletes will be in attendance to support & mentor.
What will the Clinic Cover?
- How to properly warm-up
- How to improve Vertical Power Output
- Vertimax Training
- Fundamentals of Speed, Strength, & Agility
- Guideline on Recruitment Process
