Champions/Parisi 3 Hour Summer Camp 7/19-7/23

We are not playin' around here! This is not a camp where your kid will be sitting around. Each attendee will learn all the principles of the top youth training system in the country...The Parisi Speed School Training System. You don's have to be an athlete to attend this camp. You just have to want to learn how to train, and learn how to get faster. This camp is for ages 9-14.

The daily format is to get after it for the first hour and 15 minutes of each session learning the Parisi System. Then we will dial it down, mentor the kids on what they have learned, grab a snack, and provide the motivational message of the day. After this, we will rev back up for that last hour of training.
